BUILT TO THRIVE!

Here we are.  Thriving! I believe that we are built to THRIVE.  This

journey of vitality, vibrancy and creativity is all so interconnected and intertwined because each journey of THRIVING revolves around

these very key three elements.  Our thriving is built in the facet of

resilience, overcoming, becoming, learning, relearning and unlearning. But that's just not the surface of it. all. We are designed to progress and to soar . . .  and progress we shall!

I trust that these upcoming blog entries and experiences will not only empower and inspire you, but evoke a determination to grow and maintain the exuberance that we are graced to be and to have.  Through my own life journey, I have come to know that THRIVING is flourishing in the place and space that I am in; those moments when the wonderful sunshine hits my skin and I am feeling sublime and even in the other times when I am rolling up my sleeves, so to speak, "doing the work" to maintain my place of ebullience.

I hope that your countenance will be enlightened, that your aspirations will grow fully and that your dreams will expand gainfully.

Let's build together.

With Empowerment,

Carmela

FEBRUARY 13, 2025

One of my favorite places to visit while living in Europe, and traveling to Holland, was the famous tulip gardens, the Kukenhof Gardens in the Netherlands. There is a magnetism about it.  Every inch of the gardens is laced and arrayed with the most beautiful landscaping of flowers as far as the eyes could see. Each and every flower, especially the tulips (one of my favorite flowers by the way) are doing what there are designed to do, radiate beauty.  The view from any angle of the garden is so spectacular and igniting. Every corridor beckons you to stop and take it all in; the colors were all so splendid.  It's absolutely breathtaking.

Even until this day, the memory of that experience has taught me a valuable lesson.  Not only was my presence at the gardens a time of relaxation and enjoyment being there, but it was the fact that taking in that kind of beauty and vibrancy was what I deserved.  I deserved to be there. I deserved to be moved by such radiance.

The gardens taught me to see myself as such: growing, radiant, expelling the beauty that's within, to keep unfolding and that vitality is mine. I have a right to THRIVE.

Those flowers, each one of them, were specifically and intentionally planted there in their designated spaces and because they were, it draws person in to recognize it's unique stance of exuberance as if it were saying, "I have a right to be planted here and a right to exude peace and tranquility." Each year the flowers in the garden come back even more vibrant!

THRIVING belongs to you. THRIVING belongs to me.  The vibrancy inside of each of us deserves to shine forth and emit the beauty that is within.  The beauty of those flowers in those gardens were not only visible but tangible.  It will touch your heart and make you not only smile but relax your shoulders; it will calm your mind and ignite your senses all at the same.  Why? Because the vibrancy, vitality and creativity shine forth through each one of them. Each flower deserves to make their appearance and maintain their essence.

THRIVING belongs to you too!  I am encouraged to keep THRIVING through my journey and in those days of my vibrancy shining forth, I will remember and bring to light, the wonderful experience the Kukenhof gardens, just as

those flowers were beautifully shining forth, I will shine forth as the moment in my journey unfolds.  I AM BUILT TO THRIVE.

Keep Moving,

Carmela E. Head
